Thundering Herd - Saturday Open Sessions (SOS)

Open to players of all experience levels, our off-season sessions run every week from 10:00 to 12:30, providing the perfect opportunity to elevate your game. Each session hones in on a fundamental skill of Ultimate Frisbee, designed to build individual strengths and sharpen essential techniques for the season ahead. Following the drills, the theme of the lesson will be worked into games at the end of the session. Led by our experienced captains—Ed Taylor, Cam Spearing, and Bon Leung—and supported by our dedicated coaching committee, participants receive tailored guidance and feedback to make the most out of every session.
